Blast effect not working

Hello everybody. After following TshirtBooths tutorial on how to make a blast affect in GameSalad, I tried it myself. Now it works sometimes but otherwise it doesn't do anything. Can someone please have a look at my project? It is on level 10. Thank you for your time!
