You wanna TRADE!? Pro Graphics for Coding

Hey! My buddy and I are trying to start a small gaming company with the few games we have in mind. The problem is, is that we don't know how to code, but we are fabulous artists/graphic designers. No graphics is impossible for us. And we are getting into animation, and since we have the graphics mastered, the animation has not been too tricky. So we are on our way in mastering that.
Finally, we are looking for a programer to code our games for us and we will provide any graphics that you need. Of course we will create a business plan so the trade is completely equally fair. Let me know asap. We are eager to get this started.
