Once rotated fine :) then moving does funny directions with an actor

ok
guys, i have finally worked that problem out by i have one last problem. this is not the same as before.

if you guys take a look at this photo is shows you on the left the actor moves fine with the left, right, up and down keys. But if you look on the right if you press down it goes in the complete and opposite direction. this is probably really easy. is there a video tutorial for this, i am asking it on here because i did not know what to put it
