0.9.82 Rotation Problems...HELP!

So I haven't worked much with 0.9.82. I updated a few days ago and haven't worked on my game until this morning.
So I'm pluggin' away this morning, building levels and such, and I play test one of my newly created levels. (My game is a brick breaker/bubble shooter hybrid-type game). So I have a cannon that shoots an actor that destroys bricks. The cannon is all sorts of jacked up. It won't rotate correctly, it fires actors in a strange manner, the cannon will get 'locked' into a rotated position, it doesn't shoot where it's supposed to shoot.
I opened a previous build and the EXACT same problems are occurring. Only thing I did was upgrade to 0.9.82.
Any ideas? Is this a known issue? What should I do to fix this problem?
