However, it seems like you haven't even tested your game on a device yet. (Since you were asking what an adhoc build was). Before you upload it to the App Store, I really recommend testing on as many devices as you can because the game will work differently on all of them.
As suggested above, you really should make an adhoc and test it on a device before uploading to apple. It will run differently on the device than it does in the viewer. You need to make sure it runs ok on a device. There is a video over at gshelper.com that takes you through the adhoc process. Really, do that first!

this is not sufficient Testing. The Game Will almost certainly work differently between the viewer and an actual build. You have to test with an adhoc on as many devices as you can. Use testflightapp.com and get outside testers to get devices you don't have.
