actors overlapping!

Hi all,
I have 2 actors.
I have a actor1 that is growing in size every 0.5 sec. then i have another actor2 that is growing little bit more than actor1 every 0.5 sec. So what i want is when actor2 is in greater size then actor1 that actor2 gets infront of actor 1.
How can i solv this??
