Help uploading to app store

I had tried my app in adhoc and works also in gs viewer now that Im done i want to upload it to app store, but i dont know how, can someone help me out? and also how do I get my check, money or transfer or whatever the money is received by a paid app downloaded?

    Go into itunes connect, set up your contact, bank, and tax info.
