Trouble finishing Adhoc Publish

Hey guys,
I tried Tshirt's adhoc video and I am where it finishes uploading your game, and it's signing the package now. I saved it on my desktop and everything, then immediately after that, this shows up: "Code signing failed. Make sure your provisioning profile, developer certificate, and WWDR certificate are installed."
I followed the first video as well. Everything seemed to be as he put it in the video.
