Any tutorials on making a launcher?

Im looking to make a launcher like the one in the video below..

I dont want the ring around it cause ill make a power bar about it kinda.

    @TSB,

    i did everything you said, but when i go to test it out it doesnt work right like it will shoot like i want it too just in the oppsite direction, like sometimes it will go the right way or sometimes to the right or left or down...

    @TSB hi t-shirt booth, I'm quite new to game salad and i was wondering if you could either do a video tutorial or just a response on this page on how to do what is in the video.This would be very helpful thanks,bablegrass.

    @TSB thank you for posting a reply to my question, i have followed it and it doesn't seem yo work properly as the arrow doesn't point in the direction of the mouse and also the power ball doesn't increase when i increase the power.Tank you anyway bablegrass.

    @TSB cheers it kinda works now but how do you gat the circle for the power to increase when dragging back for power?
