Text attribute

Can you have it to where you can make attributes as you use the app??
like for a app where you make a list, do you have to just make a lot of text attributes or can you make it so the app could/will make them as you use the app to save time?

I think what you are trying to get at is arrays but GS cannot handle arrays yet but it is in the road map.
