Mouse rotation problems

I am having trouble trying to get my character to rotate and move at the same time. If the player is not moving then it follows the pointer no problem but once the character starts moving then it sotps rotating and just moves. Is there a solution to this or no?

    Its not very hard to do but I don't know why its not working for you unless I can see how you ordered the rules and everything. Also, is your scene a scrolling scene?
