Hello All,

I am thinking about purchasing a GameSalad License, and I have questions I can't seem to find in the docs, or in the FAQ. I have watched a ton of GameSalad tShirtBooth youtube videos and haven't seen these questions answered. Any help would be great.

Does a license have to be renewed every year if you want to keep your game on the app store? If you let it lapse what happens to the game?

Is there retina display support for iOS?

Is there localization support for any platforms?

Is there multitouch support for iOS games?

And I am pretty sure I saw with the new update there is a Universal Template for iOS is this correct?

Thanks all, I look forward to helping, and learning with you.

Hey there. Id recommend before jumping to purchase a pro license you just download and use te free version. Its not a trail its free. And the only thing that you are really limited from is extra options to monetize your games. There currently is nothing that will hold back a game you make with the free version so try it out. Most of your answers are yes but it would be best to know the tool your buying into before spending any money.

I have been playing around with the creator already. I like it enough that I might become a full-time user of it for Mac games, but I am curious about somethings before I make it full-time for iOS. I am interested in knowing what I might be missing is all. Mainly,

Is there retina display support for iOS?

Is there localization support for any platforms?

Is there multitouch support for iOS games?

And I am pretty sure I saw with the new update there is a Universal Template for iOS is this correct?

    Here's some answers:

    1) There is retina support

    2) Localization support?

    3) There is multitouch support

    4) What exactly do you mean by universal? There is a template for universal controls, but it has nothing to do with what you're saying I think
