Hitbox of actors

i was wondering if there's a way to have a larger hitbox for actors, using the touch device. I saw on gs helper the tutorial that explained how to enlarge the hitbox using the mouse device. If i have an actor that i can throw trough the screen with a touch imput, using the magnitude method as explained in the video, won't work. Does anyone know if there's a different method to enlarge actors hitboxes.

    make a larger image with current image in the middle and set the excess margin to transparent. In your art software this is.
