How much time should I wait to have an app approved?

I was just wondering how much time it will take for apple to aprrove an app, I just send it yesterday and the app status is waiting for review or aprroval or something like that, does anybody know how much time it takes for the app to be approved! Thank you....

roughly min 6 working days so dont count weekends and if your UK add another 12 hours to when you actually sent the files to Apple.
