does my play scene always needs to star on x=0 and y=o?

On portrait i made my scene 800 x800,my playing area is at x=323, so i made a new layer with a score board and if i uncheck this layer when playing it does stay always on the screen but its position moves to the right,pretty much all my buttons i put on this layer change their position.is there something i need to change on the scene settings?

    Thats what exacly i did but no matter what when i click play the layer star from the middle of the screen to the right
