How can I create an animated menu? I just want the "play, options, and so on" buttons to slide from the left side of the screen. How can I do this?

Use the Interpolate behavior. I'm sure there's a video available on the Official GameSalad Cookbook YouTube Channel that might help you out.

    Here's a direct link:

    Ok... can't find one.

    Bummer.

Ok i suppose i'll just tell you.

First, put the buttons where you want them to start. Then go into them and add an interpolate behavior. Make the position be where you want them to go and set the time you want it to take.

    Hope that helps

I think I might make a template for this some time, it seems there are a lot of people who want to know this. It's probably already been done too.

It'll be an easy template to make seeing as it is just one behavior. The problem is nobody knows about it. One rule is barely worth the template, right? But so many people are confused about it.

It will be worth it if it helps the community. :)

I got it. I have animation for my main character. I'm using the top down shooter with the robocop thing as the template. How do i make the character animate when the user touches the left joystick?
