Accelerometer Help, moving just a part, but sticky to a specific place

Hello,

I need help on:

How do I make a actor to stay on specific place without moving, but do moving with the Accelerometer? for example been sticky at the top of the scene and actor can't move, but does can move left and right directions using the Accelerometer
