When working from templates, always check the "otherwise" rules!

And that explains my wasted weekend. ;)

    Lol that has happened to the best of us.. Hell even if its your own code you sometimes forget that you used the otherwise section.

    I suggested a while back to GameSalad that the rules that use the otherwise section maybe have the otherwise word turn red or green or some other color if they had a rule inside.

    I however got no answer to my suggestion :(

    yeah dont feel bad i still do that sometimes haha. I always try to remember to open up the otherwise section as soon as i look at any project, tends to slip my mind though.

    Steve, I really really like that idea. Or just default them to be open. Sheesh, they are just as important as any other part of the rule section.

    (oh, and yes, this happened with Ace's Parallax template. Thought I'd mention that seeing it's all the rage right now.) :)

    And don't forget about commented out code.Those little on/off buttons get me sometimes......

    Yeah i have started to add notes with "Open up otherwise" :)
