Keystore/signing for idiots

I chose Gamesalad because I wanted to make games but I'm crap at programming...
Now I can make games but can't publish them because I'm crap at programming...sigh :)

If anyone has an idiots guide to Android and Keystore/signing please share it for idiots like me.
