Question about icon

I just uploaded the binary to apple. I uploaded the 512 x 512 icon and screenshots to apple and uploaded the 512 x 512 icon when publishing through gamesalad. I realize I did not consciously upload a 57 x 57 icon to gamesalad or apple. Am I suppose to or is a 57 x 57 inch icon made from the 512x 512? Thanks!
