I have a train ride video, I converted it to the GIF, then I saved every FPS as JPG, but when I use Animate to made this likes a train simulator, I found there was 185MB for each station, you guys know how to reduces it?

I can't see a way that you could reduce that size until GameSalad gets video. unless you have other things that could be influencing the size.

Try taking out some frames of animation. You could probably use half the amount and it would still look good.

If you're using a recording of a train ride from MSTS though, I'd stop now as you probably won't have the right permission to use footage from that game in your own.

    Hope that helps!

Open your project Click the images tab and start Deleting. Then move over to Audio and do the same. That should take care of most of your file size issues. :)

What now I guess your gonna say you need some of those images. ;) Key word being SOME. Remove anything not being used.

but as sheepy says you may as well delete anything you don't have rights to use from you project now.

    Cheers

I hadn't thought of that QS! Good idea. Also, if the images are huge, you may want to edit them down outside of GameSalad and then re-upload them.

    Hope that helps,
