Color Change Help

Hi there,
I'm new to all this so i'm not even sure if I'm posting in the right area, but I have a question that to me seems very stupid, but has proved to be rather difficult.
I'm using this as a simple form to create something more complicated later, but as stated I can't even do it the simple way!
I have a red circle on my screen, that when clicked, turns blue, from here it goes downhill, if i click again, it won't go back to blue, I have tried every way to get it to change but am having no luck.
What I tried was setting up an integer attribute that equals one and two. If one, and clicked color will change to blue and value will go to 2, is in one group...
if value = two and clicked color will change back to red, and value will go back to 1... is in the other.
I feel like this is making this harder than it should and I just need some help haha, Any thoughts?
