ITunes vs GS for uploading

Is there a difference if I upload through iTunes connect or through gamesalad publish?

I plan on uploading today and was wondering.

    There is only one way to send your app to Apple

    1. Publish in GameSalad Creator (using the correct App Store Distribution app ID you made in the provisioning portal)

    2. Save the returned app

    3. Click the GameSalad link to send your app to Apple using Application Loader (which zips the app file automatically)

    You don't use ITC to submit the actual binary (app) to Apple.
