Iphone / Android App (for fun game)

Hi there
I need help to make an entertainment app/game for iPhone / Android.
Can GameSalad be used to make this kind of app?:
1) Uses gyro to make shake a bell.
Example of shaking functionality:

2) Records the bell movements
Example of recording and sending

3) Add a photo/text to description on the film.
4) post to facebook / Send to mail.
(with link to the app inn appstore under video/text.)
If it can be done with gameSalad I am looking for a person to work make the "game" for me. Please send a msg if you are interested
