Best practices for Android games marketing?

So, Android publishing is finally here even if some bugs still need to be fixed.
Now we need to learn the best ways to publicize our Android games.
For the iPhone/iPad we have the thursday release of our games, prMac for the press releases and TouchArcade as the best place to get featured and get hype on the forum.
Are there some equivalents for the Android world or some other tactics to get your game to be noticed between the crApps that flood the Android markets?
