One Last Hoorah! Bubble Pop Game.

Hey Everyone,

My Apple account Expires in January.

So a friend and myself are going to try make one last game before we call it quits.

Wondering what are peoples thoughts on making a Bubble pop game, for the popping, respawning and falling of actors?
And having them stay in play etc.

    well there are some bubble pop games out there, so make sure you have something different then them

    P.S. why don't you want to renew to app dev membership? from what I know of is if that expire then your apps will get delete too

    Also - How do I make it so that when one "Bubble" Is destroyed certain surrounding ones get destroyed to.

    Cal, not making a Bubble game so to speak, just similar mechanics.
    And haven't got any completed games on the App store anyway lol.

    well there is a easy way to do that, make your image big and in the middle you have the bubble image, and the outside is transprant

    How would I make it so that if overlapped actor is destroyed, over lapping actor is destroyed as well.

    I've got multiple copied actors.

    no because the actor has a huge image so when you touch the actor it will destroy the others around it

    Nah I got it doing half of what I wanted.
    But not sure how to set it up so the right actors get destroyed so I made so that if a row of bubbles get touched they pop.

    But every other bubble pops. Does that mean I have to make "B1, B2, B3 etc etc" There's gotta be an easier way.

    hey read my post oz

    there will only be a rule in the bubble, when touch is press, destroy

    the thing you need to do is make the graphic larger then you need , and there will be a lot of transprant part outside, siwhen you touch the bubble it will destroy the nearby ones

    Yeah man, i've got the larger Transperancy set up.
    But how do I make it so the bubbles next to it know that particular one has blown up?

    what? you don't need to do that

    because the transperancy part is soo big, it will delete the bubble when you touch it near enough

    yeah but i want every bubble attached it to pop. so if there is a row of 10 i want all 10 to pop

    I'm not sure if it's exactly what you mean and it could be done a few ways, this is just one.

    I've been moving house all week and just popped back to my old place to grab some stuff. My new place don't have an internet connection until Thursday and I'm going back there now to do some decorating (Urgh!) and will only have a bad 3G connection on my phone.

    After Thursday I'll be able to help all you want.

    Minus the Gravity that's pretty much it.
    It'll also be everything thing around it in it's grid. But i'm sure I can figure it out with what you just gave me, thanks bro you're a good mate.

    That's an image of it there :)

    The grid is for example purposes.
    So there are mines, good guys and bad guys.

    If a mine is touched, all 8 actors around it are destroyed, if one of those actors is a mine, that mine blows up and repeats the process until no more mines remain in the line of fire.
