Viewer - No Editor (can't click on it) - Help

The organizer see my device, I clicked the downloaded file from the -> the organizer started.
In the viewer - It say No Editor. I click on it and nothing happened.

In that video at 7:14 the guy click the No Editor and it worked, but not for me.
Help.

Clock on, what it's mean?

CLick on it dose nothing.

There is nothing on top left. It say NO FILE.

I reinstall the viewer and it worked.
