move left and right with jump question.

does anybody have a good tutorial in how to make an actor jump and to move left or right, i can achieve this but my jumping actor doesn't stop, it just slides in the direction of left or right annoyin me....

    If u r trying to jump but u don't want ur actor when is jumping n u press left or right and it moves, try adding another rule when left is pressed and actor touch floor to move left, what this does is when actor is on the air if u press left it won't move cuz is not touching the floor, u can also search for doodle jump on the game sale creator n check that one. Good luck
