Loading times

Hi guys,
I'm sure I've seen the answer to this question here before, but I cant find it, so forgive me for treading over old ground.
Basically, I've made a game, but the loading time between each scene takes ages (each level is very big) - is there a way to load everything at one time (at the start of the game) so you dont have to wait between each scene?
