how long for apple to review an app

i just published my first app on Friday and it has the same status it say waiting for review. how long will that be there for. any one know

    About 7-9 days for me.

    You could have also found this information on developer.apple.com, or with a quick google search and you wouldn't have had to wait 15 hours for someone to reply ;)
