Ipad game

How do I upload an ipad game, I already did the ipad version in game salad and I already have the ipod and iphone version, but I want to know where do I specify this is the ipad version and if this is and ipad version in the app name that will be shown in app store should I put the same name? or I should put "Appname for ipad"? That wont influence with the ipod version?
