Twinstick template issue

i used the twinstick template (official cross platform controller template)
we found a weird problem. Searching in the forum we found many people with the same issue but we couldnt solve it
basically the problem is that when we touch the sticks at the same time. the touch actor get mixed, and when i move one stick, the other stick its moved, sometimes one finger move both sticks, this only happen if i touch each stick several times. Its like one joystick works based on the other one.

    Tryed another template by codemonkey and tshirtbooth, with the exactly same problem

    they look great but, none of them are Twinstick

    Hey there
    i got the same problem with the joysticks, the template "Official Cross-Platform Controller Template", i don't know if it's the template or something about the gamesalad.
    hope that someone can help me.
