sliding

i am trying to have an object move wherever a touch on it goes, sliding it. so i constrained it position with the touches but for some reason whenever it is touched it drops to the bottom of the screen and can only slide left and right but not up and down. I know this is a simple fix but i cant figure it out please help thanks!!
