Swipe to rotate

Hi!
I have a problem getting this to work: I want to be able to swipe left to make my actor rotate 90 degrees left and swipe right to rotate the actor 90 degrees right. Is this possble? If so, how? Have tried everything I can think of and any help will be greatly appreciated.
