developing for a 3rd party

I am looking for clarity on developing of a 3rd party. If I develop an app for them (a kid's publishing house), and they wish to publish the app through their own Itunes account, etc, what is the best process to do this? They are pretty much technophobic, and wish to have as little as possible with the uploading etc. As the app would be Android and iOS, with their own start screen branding I can see that I would have to have a pro account to put the app together, but to get the app up to their Itunes account do they need a pro license as well? Thoughts, direction, or suggestions welcome (particularly from GS central).

Thanks Kipper

You would just need to have the Developer Profile so you could publish with their provisioning profiles Etc… They would not need a Pro GS subscription as they are not using the tool. Part of the purpose of Pro is to give users who make games for clients the Features their clients want. Lots of people here make games on a contract basis and there for would surly have pro and taking advantage of the features pro gives them for their clients as well.
