Finding the zipalign directory

I'm used to using eclipse to build my android apps. From what I understand it automatically zipaligned my apps so I have never done anything with it myself. So when publishing to android it gave me an error with the zipalign. How can I find it's directory?

    It's in the Android Configuration part of it. The zipalign part is showing an error.

    Well scratch that I searched around and finally found it. The issue I'm having now is the Next button isn't lit up for me to use in the "Platform" section
