Help With Buying Coins Etc. In Game!

Hey!
I am creating a game using GameSalad, and I am planning on doing a game with coins to upgrade and get new stuff for the game. Similar to other free games similar to this type, I was wondering if anyone knows how to buy coins in game for money and charge them. Does anyone know how?

    If you mean exchange real money for game currency or something else in the game, thats in app purchases and we currently don't have that in gamesalad
