@RUPAS, i've recently managed to resolve my problem like this one with some help from user @LiquidGameworks!
On Developer Console, inside your App page, after you upload your signed APK, you should see two tabs. Product Details and APK. Click on APK and make sure the file you uploaded is active, by clicking on it. Voilá!
