Priority Support

When I upgraded to the Pro Edition of GameSalad one of the selling points was priority support.

What priority support? It really isn't very clear what is the priority support. Is it via the forums? Support ticket? I have had a lot of questions. A few answered (which thank you again), but for the most part I am very disappointed with support.

I think that you should make it a little more apparent what the priority support is, if any at all.

Thanks

Its via email. Forums are the place you ask questions of your community. Essentially, it means they'll answer your questions faster than others. Also, its a holiday weekend, so don't expect too much attention. For new users of GS, 90% of your questions can be answered here: http://www.youtube.com/user/GameSaladCookbook.

I Fully agree with you. I have told them many times their "priority support is about worthless.

Basically it involves Technical issues that you might think are bugs. They are supposed to respond within 24 hours but it normally doesn't happen. When you submit your report through the contact links or bug report link it is supposed to know you are pro and flag those for priority support.

Ok, because I am the king at finding bugs (not on purpose they find me I swear) and I was wondering what in the world my priority support is and just assumed it was the report a bug and forums.

lol i have also told them that there PS is no good.

Actually, I think the support is pretty good. It's not blazing fast, but GameSalad does respond to my issues. I've hit them with some pretty technical issues too.
