How do I implement a scrolling background?

Hello 
I am making an iPhone app for the first time. I was coding it on xcode but I do not have enough time to develop it through xcode so I downloaded game salad. I like it so far but how do I add a scrolling background? You know, like your character moves to the right and when he gets to far to the right the screen moves with your character? I know how to do scrolling when it always scrolls even if your character is moving but how do I do it the other way? It is very frustrating! Please help
