Submit to app store

How can I submit to the app store and how do I give it a price, screenshots, description, and an Icon.

Please can someone help me.

    thank you but I have seen videos at youtube and they don't tell you anything about how to set the price.

    Yes you have to pay the 99 dollars for the apple dev account to test your games on your devices and sell on the appstore
