New to mac and the world of Gamesalad game creation

Hello there just wanted to introduce myself : ) My name is Simon and live and work in London. Im an artist and have always been a hardcore video game player. During my university time I learnt 3D programs and began to delve into video game modelling etc and landed some small time jobs.
Now I want to take it more serious and expand my artistic career with Gamesalad. Im really excited to have seen what some of the senior members have already done and like any software I am ready to get my hands dirty and learn. I hope I can build up a great friendship here with the community and look forward to seeing your creations!
p.s. Not sure where to put this bit but basically looking to get a mac mini to start up however there is not much details on the specs needed to run gamesalad efficiently? What setups are others using please?

I will look forward to seeing your first iOS creation.
If I am not mistaken, GameSalad will run on a Mac Mini, so you shouldn't have any problem with it.

I presume you mean one of the later versions of mac mini as gamesalad need to have snow leopard correct?
