When i download the Creator all i get is a bunch of source code!

Do we have to build the creator now? All i get is a bunch of source instead of an app. Also when i download the Android viewer, i get an empty file :(

    Updates dont install, it downloads then says "install and relaunch" then it errors out. Anyway, what about the Android viewer??? its empty when i get it :(
