Processing for App Store taking several days?

I released an update for one of my games and it was approved after four or five days. But now it's been several days and it's just said "Processing for App Store". Every other time I've released an app this step has taken around an hour. Is it normal to take this long for updates or should I contact apple?

    that really stinks. Is it a big game that would take a long time to review? I've never had one take much more than a week to review.

    I'll just wait a few more days and if nothing happens I guess I'll send an email and cross my fingers.
