GS Arcade not working?

Does anyone know what the deal with GS arcade is right now? I've tried updating a old game 3 or 4 times with no luck, and then I tried added a new game and that didn't work :(
would it have anything to do with not using the latest version of GS?

any ideas?

    I just published a game on there but is still processing. So you are able to publish, but I've always found the processing a slow process.
