Editor Enhancements: Select Layer, Lock Actors, Group Actors

A few handy features that would be nice in the layout screen..
1. Right clicking on an area would display the current layer positioning information (Send to back etc etc..). But additionally it would display all of the overlapping layers at that X,Y position. You can then select an alternat layer not only the one that is in the foremost.
2. Locking Actors - Being able to right click on an object and lock its position / size.
3. Group Actors - Selecting multiple actors and then being able to group them.
