iAds, Target audience under the age of 17... What to do?

I was wondering what the difference between selecting yes or no to the above question?

    They want to know what type of ads to serve. THey is no need to serve car ads to kids for example.
    Also please don't make 2 threads about the same thing. all threads appear in the discussions list so no need to post in multiple categories.

    I have heard that if you select yes, then ads that are displayed can result in less revenue. I was just wondering if anyone knew the specifics of it,

    i left it at "no".

    If you have selected Yes is there anyway to change it to no? Can you submit a new binary and set it to no? Or do you have to release one version and then come back with an entirely new version?
