Audio input question

Hi there Gamesaladfolk !

Is there a way to have Gamesalad access the iPad's (or similar device) audio inputs ?

For example . . . imagine we have a game of some kind - and one of the options is for the player to record their name using the iPad's built in mic . . . so this recording can be used at some later stage of the game ?

Or . . . another example . . . imagine Gamesalad is detecting the audio input during a game and shouting "stop" (Gamesalad would only need to recognise audio amplitude above a certain threshold - so any loud word would do) - and the game reacts in some way.


Is this even possible, can Gamesalad access the audio input on something like an iPad in this kind of scenario - or is this not really possible ?
