how can I publish my templates to the marketplace?

Hey, these days I see there are lots of templates on the marketplace, how can I upload mine?

    Send a template to MarketSubmission@gamesalad.com for the reviewing team to take a look at it. If it's approved, you'll receive terms & conditions to agree to and some online paperwork to fill out. Then you can submit your templates to us and it will be uploaded to the Marketplace for sale!

    does GameSalad get to keep a certain percentage of money from the template, or all of it?
