I have an actor that I move with the mouse (or my finger on the iPhone).
Now I want that I cannot move it with unlimited speed across the screen but that there is a speed limit for this actor.
If I move my finger or the mouse faster than a certain velocity, the actor will not move.
Do you have any ideas how I could do this?
